| Browser | Quirks Found | Impact |
| IE | CSS 'transparent' border color shows up as black | If you want a page background image, don't bother using fat borders to emulate columns! |
| IE | PNG translucent graphics (using 'alpha' channel) aren't rendered properly | There's a workaround, using 'DXimage'... but it is terribly slowwwwww! |
